Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Generate and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original tags are included.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; please allow 7-10 business days for processing once received.
